Public Satisfaction
Public satisfaction surveys are sent out every three months to members of the public who have had a need to contact Dumfries and Galloway Constabulary, for whatever reason, within that period.
The results received from these surveys help us to establish the level of public satisfaction with our performance and also what local communities consider should be the policing priorities for the force.
Our quality of service analysis reports are published quarterly.
