Change of address
A certificate holder is required by law to inform, without undue delay, the chief officer of police who issued their certificate of any change of permanent address.
A Notification of Change of Address Form (FELS 2) is available to assist with this notification.
A firearms enquiry officer will visit to confirm the security is adequate.
